Pricing

  • All of our prices listed online are subject to change without notice based on demand and availability.
  • We offer deals for rentals extending past 7 days.
  • All rentals have a 3-day minimum to rent.

License

  • All customers must have valid driver's licenses.
  • We do not accept probationary licenses or permits.

Insurance

  • Customers may use their own full coverage insurance policy, which must be in their name and remain active for the entire rental period.
  • Customers who do not have their own full coverage insurance may purchase coverage through KCB Auto Rentals if they are 21 or older.
  • Customers under 21 must provide their own qualifying full coverage insurance policy.
  • Outside travel insurance policies are not accepted.

Age

  • To rent a vehicle with us, you must be at least 18 years old for an economy vehicle.
  • Customers under 21 must have their own full coverage insurance.

Security Deposits

  • Security deposits are required to rent all of our vehicles and must be paid before the start of the rental.
  • Security deposit refunds are typically issued in 5-7 business days after the vehicle is returned with no damage or contract violations, but they can take up to 15 days.
  • $50 reservation deposits are required to reserve vehicles ahead of time.
  • Reservation deposits are applied to the rental balance at pickup and are non-refundable if the customer does not show up at the scheduled time, cancels the rental, or does not meet our rental requirements.

  • The total cost of your rental can be paid with cash.

  • All rentals require a major bank card to be left on file, and the card must be in the renter's name.
